Returns and Replacements
You can return a product purchased through the Site and receive a refund of the paid price or request a replacement with another product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the product by contacting our customer service at the email address info@dioramadbo.com.
Return expenses are solely Your responsibility
The returned products must be unused and in the original packaging: the jewelry holder, bags, and the cardboard box or an equivalent sturdy box that protects the content. Do not return the products in an envelope. If the products arrive damaged due to inadequate return packaging, in used conditions, or for any other reason, You will lose the right to a refund and/or replacement with another product.
All products returned following a return or replacement request are subject to a quality check before being accepted. Products with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including size modifications) or whose label, if present, has been removed will not be accepted. You will be refunded for the products whose return has been accepted by Diorama.
If You make a return from a non-EU country, indicate "return to origin shipping" on the shipping label. Since it is a return, there are no customs fees, so declare a package value of 1 (one) euro.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Repairs
Send an email to info@dioramadbo.com to request a quote to have your jewel repaired.
Provide us with your order number, clear images of your jewel and a brief description of the requested repair. Please wait for our reply before returning the package.
