Shipping and Delivery
Euro Business
We ship worldwide from Rome, Italy.
Free shipping only in Europe.
We work with GLS, and shipping costs within the European Community are covered by us.
For all shipments, You will receive an email with the tracking code to be entered into the dedicated service https://gls-group.com/IT/it/servizi- online/ricerca-spedizioni/.
If there are any issues with the tracking code, you can contact us at care.dioramadbo@gmail.com once your order has been shipped.
We process orders as quickly as possible depending on availability. Shipping times may vary based on availability (from 2-3 days for already available products to 2-3 weeks for those yet to be made). Generally, delivery takes 1-3 working days after shipping.
International Express
For orders outside the EU, You will be responsible for shipping costs and customs duties.
Requirements and/or customs duties vary by country, and unfortunately, we have no control over them.

Returns and Replacements
You can return a product purchased through the Site and receive a refund of the paid price or request a replacement with another product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the product by contacting our customer service at the email address care.dioramadbo@gmail.com.
Return expenses are solely Your responsibility
The returned products must be unused and in the original packaging: the jewelry holder, bags, and the cardboard box or an equivalent sturdy box that protects the content. Do not return the products in an envelope. If the products arrive damaged due to inadequate return packaging, in used conditions, or for any other reason, You will lose the right to a refund and/or replacement with another product.
All products returned following a return or replacement request are subject to a quality check before being accepted. Products with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including size modifications) or whose label, if present, has been removed will not be accepted. You will be refunded for the products whose return has been accepted by Diorama.
If You make a return from a non-EU country, indicate "return to origin shipping" on the shipping label. Since it is a return, there are no customs fees, so declare a package value of 1 (one) euro.
