We ship worldwide from Rome, Italy.

We work with GLS, and shipping costs within the European Community are covered by us.

For all shipments, You will receive an email with the tracking code to be entered into the dedicated service https://gls-group.com/IT/it/servizi- online/ricerca-spedizioni/.

If there are any issues with the tracking code, You can contact us at info@dioramadbo.com once Your order has been shipped.

We process orders as quickly as possible depending on availability. Shipping times may vary based on availability (from 2-3 days for already available products to 2-3 weeks for those yet to be made). Generally, delivery takes 1-3 working days after shipping.

International Express

For orders outside the EU, You will be responsible for shipping costs and customs duties.

Requirements and/or customs duties vary by country, and unfortunately, we have no control over them.

We suggest contacting Your local customs office for further information.

Returns and Replacements

You can return a product purchased through the Site and receive a refund of the paid price or request a replacement with another product within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receiving the product by contacting our customer service at the email address care.dioramadbo@gmail.com.

Return expenses are solely Your responsibility

The returned products must be unused and in the original packaging: the jewelry holder, bags, and the cardboard box or an equivalent sturdy box that protects the content. Do not return the products in an envelope. If the products arrive damaged due to inadequate return packaging, in used conditions, or for any other reason, You will lose the right to a refund and/or replacement with another product.

All products returned following a return or replacement request are subject to a quality check before being accepted. Products with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including size modifications) or whose label, if present, has been removed will not be accepted. You will be refunded for the products whose return has been accepted by Diorama.

If You make a return from a non-EU country, indicate "return to origin shipping" on the shipping label. Since it is a return, there are no customs fees, so declare a package value of 1 (one) euro.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

All trademarks and logos, whether registered or not, as well as designs, models, illustrations, photographs, videos, texts, codes appearing on the Site (the "Intellectual and Industrial Property") are the exclusive property of Diorama. Nothing contained on the Site may be interpreted as an implicit license of any kind or right to use the Intellectual and Industrial Property, which remains strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of Diorama.

Applicable Law

These General Conditions, their interpretation and execution, including transactions made through the Site, are governed by Italian law, excluding conflict rules and in any case rules of private international law. The applicability of the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods of 1980 is also excluded. Each party irrevocably undertakes to submit to the jurisdiction of the Italian courts in relation to any claim or any other matter concerning these General Conditions and/or orders placed on the Site. The European ODR platform is also available for the out-of-court resolution of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales or service contracts between a consumer residing in the European Union and a professional established in the Union, as provided by EU Regulation No. 524/2013, at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

Duration

Diorama may modify, suspend, or terminate the operation of the Site at any time without prior notice or liability on our part.

Waiver and Effectiveness

The failure of Diorama to exercise any right or provision of these General Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If a clause of these General Conditions is deemed wholly or partially void or ineffective, such nullity or ineffectiveness will not extend to other clauses of these General Conditions, which will remain fully effective.
